pursuance to Supreme Court Order dated 15-1-1998 passed in W.P. (C) 202/95,
MoEF set up a North-East Cell to look into the various technical aspects
of forestry and particularly those arising out of various Supreme Court
Orders under an IGF level officer. The works being handled by North-East
