TECHNICAL EXPERT PANEL (TEP)
A Technical Expert Panel is hereby constituted for technical inputs during the implementation of the project. The composition of Technical Expert Panel will be as follows:

The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Technical Expert Panel (TEP) will be as follows:
i. Review the Request for Proposal (RFP) and tenders submitted for various components and approval selection
ii. Review the deliverables like the regulations, standards, guidelines and other technical documents, provide inputs and comments and approve for adoption
iii. Provide technical leadership in Project implementation by bringing in innovative ideas and suggestions, and
iv. Visit Project sites for implementations review and appraisal
