Projects Sanctioned-
On 19.03.2010, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) approved a proposal submitted by the Ministry of Environment and Forests for the World Bank assisted Project on “Capacity Building for Industrial Pollution Management”.
The same has been approved by the World Bank Board on the 3rd June, 2010.
The signing of agreements with the World Bank has taken place on 22.07.2010.
The Project is effective from 13.10.2010.
The Implementation of the Project has been started. Various Terms of References are finalized or being finalized in consultation with World Bank.
