Oversight Committee
A Project Oversight Committee is hereby constituted for overseeing the implementation of the project. The composition of Project Oversight Committee will be as follows:

The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Committee will be as follows:
i. Providing overall policy guidance and direction to the Project
ii. Approving National Level Plans for Capacity building on annual basis
iii. Participating and approving national strategy and plans for remediation of contaminated sites
iv. Providing guidance on approval and adopting a methodological framework for risk based assessment and clean up of contaminated sites in the country.
v. Providing strategic support and guidance to programme implementation
vi. Approving guidelines and cleanup standards
vii. Approving annual progress report prepared by MoEF/Management Consultant
