Centre for Animals and Environment
The Centre for Animals and Environment was declared a Centre of Excellence by the Ministry of Environment and Forest in April 2009. The main objectives of this Centre are to foster the Man-Animal-Nature relationship, prevention of cruelty to animals, protection of environment from pollution, conservation of ecology, inculcation of spiritual values in our approach to animals and nature, promoting vegetarianism and animal welfare work.
